School Year Admission

Our admission process is as follows:

  1. Fill out the interest form (25-26  or  26-27)

  2. Fill out the Enrollment Contract 

  3. Pay your Family Fee ($250 per family) and Student Fee ($150 per student)

  4.  Family Interview

  5. Receive your Welcome Packet (and do a happy dance with us!)

Enrollment Fees

VCS is a self-funded program, and every dollar goes towards staffing and materials. Fees can be paid via check, card or StepUp. Reimbursement receipts can be sent to you.

​

  • Per Family Enrollment Fee: $250

  • Per Student Materials Fee: $150

​

Payments may be made directly through StepUp or by card in Brightwheel. Fee payments will be sent separately via email invoice.
