School Year Admission

Our admission process can be completed in 4 steps.

  1.  Fill out interest form >>> HERE

  2. Schedule your family interview (below)

  3.  Family Interview

  4. Fill out the Enrollment Packet--> Submit within Brightwheel--> pay your enrollment fees.

  5.  Receive your acceptance notice (and do a happy dance with us!)

Enrollment Fees

​

VCS is a non-profit program and every dollar goes towards the teaching staff and materials like lumber, power tools, culinary tools, school supplies, etc.  Fees can be paid via check, card or StepUp. Reimbursement receipts can be sent to you.

​

  • Per Family Enrollment Fee: $150

  • Per Student Fee: $50 

​

Payments may be made directly through StepUp or by card in Brightwheel. Fee payments will be sent separately via email invoice.
